All the experts were out for Pro-Tech's first annual Car Detailing Show at the Moncton 4Plex. The weather in Moncton, NB could not have been better with sunny skies and warm temperatures.

The format was ongoing demonstrations starting at 9:00 am supported with industry representatives set up at various tables around the arena to show their products, specific to car detailing.

The theme was 'Time is money', so the demonstrations and goods on display were geared around products and techniques that will put money in your pocket, by saving time and being more productive.

We were very fortunate this year to have detail industry 'Guru' Doug McCamley of Auto Valet on hand to show techniques such as paint restoration, leather restoration and many more invaluable tips to improve your techniques and profitability in the detailing business. Doug's easy going style and formidable knowledge of the industry had all participants actively engaged in the demonstrations.

Local Auto Valet and Karcher representative Bruce MacMillian also took part in the demonstartions by kicking off the day with a fast an effective way to degrease and dress the engine compartment. Bruce also had a full line up of Karcher equipment on display from the super convenient Puzzi 100 extractor to vacuums, sweepers and pressure washers. Also on hand, to show new equipment technologies, was Kevin Jones of AML with his line of hot water extractors, vacuums and accessories.

Pro-Tech's Chris Hagerman demonstrated the 'Tornador' air driven detailing tool, this marvel of the detailing industry has proven many times to put money in detailers pockets dramatically boosting productivity and results.

Rob 'the detailer' MaCauley, Pro-Tech's own in-house expert was on hand to answer questions and manage Pro-Tech vast display of detail products, chemicals and accessories on display.
