Betco's new comprehensive Smart Washroom System is nothing short of revolutionary, in terms of what it can accomplish for building owners, managers and facility management, to reduce operating costs. Something as simple as taking an existing urinal and turning it into a waterless unit are revolutionary ideas that Betco and their distributors continue to foster.

The Smart Valve alone can create water savings of 400-600 gallons per urinal per month, resulting in water savings of $200 - $600 per year depending where you live.

To complement the smart valve, Betco's team of researchers developed the Smart Screen. The patent pending Smart Screen is infused with Nutrabond technology to ensure the restromm smells clean throughout the day. Neutrabond is specially developed combination of malodor counteractants and fragrances that gradually release to chemically bond to microscopic malodor compounds, such as sulpher and ammonia, rendering them odorless and non-toxic. The non para block with four different strains of bacteria, break down organic matter and attack odor causing bacteria at the source. This action keeps restrooms smelling clean and prevents the buildup of scale in urinals and pipes.

The saving and fresh smells are not the only benefits of the system, the systen turns the entire washroom into a touch free zone, theorfore resulting in less spread of harmfull bacteria and viruses.

'Keeping the Green' Trade Show

Pro-Tech's latest installment in it's highly successful 'Green Trade Show Series' is coming to Fredericton June 16th, 2011. Scott Lockhart, the trade shoe organizer and Pro-Tech's rep for the Fredericton area has spent many hours organizing a top notch event.

There is something for everyone from Contract Cleaners, Hotels, Property Management and Building Contractors. There are many demonstrations and some special �only at show� deals to be had.

We have many of our top manufacturers there to show the latest in 'Green Cleaning' technology and share their ideas and industry knowledge. If you have any questions or ideas as to how you would like to improve your facility or cleaning process, these are the guys to talk to.

Board of Trade Mixer

Pro-Tech Sanitation was the setting for the Saint John Board of Trade's first networking mixer of the year. The event gave Pro-Tech the opportunity to showcase it's new showroom and to introduce local staff and vendors to Saint John's business community.

On hand to show some of their products were Andersen Matting, Karcher Equipment Canada, Auto Valet Detailing Products and AML Equipment.

Guests got a chance to tour our facility, ask questions about Car Detailing, H1N1 or just just pick the brains of our knowledgeable staff that were on hand to assist. The event was also an opportunity to just relax, have a drink after a hard day and socialize, and from the attendance many took full advantage.

We would like to thank our staff and vendors who made the night a big success and especially for all the guests that took time from their busy schedule to learn a little more about what Pro-Tech Sanitation is all about.
